Our Process & Approach

From initial quote request to project completion, our main priority is giving you the absolute best experience the industry has to offer.   We approach every project with a client-focused attitude - which means we get to know you; your lifestyle and current project wants & needs first and foremost.  We then combine that information with our years of experience and the highest quality materials available.

Our team works closely with you from start to finish so you are never left guessing.  Our goal is to give you an enjoyable, stress-free experience and leave you with a final product that you can be proud to share with family and friends.

 Step 1: Project Inquiry

No $ Required

In order to START the process please fill out our Get A Quote form to help us better understand your project ideas. Once submitted, one of our team members will contact you with more information and to advise you of our approximate project start dates. Please note that during high season (March - August) you may experience a delay in response and the turnaround time for receiving a completed estimate or design may be longer than usual.

Step 2: Email Estimate with    Approximate Pricing

No $ Required

To ensure we are able to meet both your wish list and budget needs, we provide an approximate estimate (via email) based off the information on your quote request. Sometimes this means we will require a phone consult to collect as much detail as possible for your project goals. We love keeping our customers in the loop, being honest about pricing and making sure there are no surprises when receiving a final quote.

 Step 3: Site Visit, Deposit & Design

$ Required

Once an approximate job cost has been established, one of our senior crew members will meet you at the proposed job site to; review the scope of work in more detail, measure project area and make suggestions based off your wish list. From there we have two options to move forward; place a deposit to secure your spot for the season OR complete a landscape design for your project. More information on our designs under Step 5.

Step 4: Detailed Written Estimate

At this stage you will receive a detailed written estimate on the scope of work discussed at your consult and based off the budget you’ve provided. Estimate fees are put toward booking deposit once contract has been signed.

 Step 5: 3D Rendering with Retainer

$ Required

Many of our clients tell us that they love to see their vision come to life and that’s why we are thrilled to be able to offer 3D designs to help make this possible. A design allows for an accurate representation of what to expect from the final product and gives our clients the opportunity to visualize their investment and make any necessary changes before the project has even begun. Our designs come at a fee, however, once complete and approved by the client, the renderings are yours to keep and use as you wish. Once you commit to hiring Scenic View to complete the work, the design fee is put toward your booking deposit.

 Step 6: Contract

$ Required

Once the client has approved the estimate and scope of work, both parties will sign the contract and a 40% deposit will be required upon signing.
